SHIPPING - Frequently Asked Questions

The first step is to pay your auction invoice. Our office is very busy in the days that follow an auction and we operate on a first-paid, first-out policy. 

If shipping charges appear on your invoice, we will be shipping your item in-house and will send tracking to your email once the package is prepared. 

We are working on your shipping quote in-house or we have sent your invoice to one of our reliable third-party shippers to quote. Once an in-house quote is ready, we will send a paylink (provided below - scroll down) to your email. 

We will determine if we are able to ship in-house.  If we cannot, we will automatically send your invoice to our list of reliable sources who will then email a quote to you directly.

Once you have approved your third-party shipping quote, you will remit payment directly to that vendor and we will courier your item to the depot for processing.

If you purchase a large item that cannot be sent by traditional means, we do offer local pick up at our gallery or you may hire a third-party mover to courier your items.  We have provided a listing of providers below.

We have sourced reliable shippers who have provided their services to our clients for many years.  If you are not satisfied with a quote you have received, you are able to hire any provider on our list or otherwise that meets your needs.  We are willing to work with any shipper of your choosing.

If we are shipping in-house, please allow up to 15 business days post-auction for processing.  We can deliver items to third party shippers within 5 days of approval.

Having items shipped requires your prompt attention.  If a shipping quote is provided or you forget to pick your items up, it will be forfeited after 30 days in our gallery.  You will not be entitled to a refund after 30 days per auction registration terms.
