Terms of sale: This is a cash sale. Property is sold as-is, where-is. Sale is final and auction winner is bound to contract by the winning bid plus buyer's premium of 5%. Buyer required to submit a letter of credit at time of registration, confirming funds at maximum bid. Escrow check made payable to Williams Parker Trust Account in the amount of $20,000 IS REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION. Immediate refund of escrow will be issued for unsuccessful bidders post-auction. Buyer to execute a sales contract immediately post-auction, subject to execution by the Seller within 3 days post-auction. We will be using the Florida REALTORS FAR/BAR as-is contract. All disclosures are required to be acknowledged by registered bidders before bidding. Closing to occur within 14 days of fully executed sales contract. Buyer's premium is 5% of the hammer price and will be charged to buyer as a fee at the closing.
